This assessment is based off of the GIMI Innovation Framework. The results of the assessment will help you gauge how important innovation is to your organization. In a series of questions, the assessment will ask your employees to rate the strength of their current innovation state based on three overarching questions: Do we have the clear strategy for innovation? Do we have the capacity to innovate? Do we have the leadership and culture to make innovation real? The assessment scorecard provides a detailed explanation of each individual question.

Upon completion of the assessment you will receive a GIMI innovation maturity level rating and a side-by-side comparison of your current innovation state and your desired innovation state. The assessment provides detailed information about how your organization can move from where you are to where you want to be. Employees will mark down how difficult they believe it will be to implement these changes, preparing them to tackle upcoming challenges. 

The GIMI Organizational Assessment also provides a roadmap for employees to categorize innovation initiatives based on their impact level and the difficulty of implementation. Each unique roadmap will generate a correlated punch list of action steps tailored to the organization's specific goals.
