The GIMI Organizational Assessment uses GIMI's Innovation Framework of strategy, capacity, and discipline to analyze your organization's innovation capabilities. Your employees will answer nine targeted questions structured around this innovation framework. Each question features six possible response categories ranging from 0 through 10. Based on employee responses to these nine questions, the GIMI Organizational Assessment then determines your organization's current Innovation Maturity, on a scale of 0 through 4.
